Diana Ayers

Diana Ayers is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant and Business Partner currently employed at Paychex since April 2015, providing HR support to over 80 clients and approximately 3,000 on-site employees. With extensive experience in employee relations, policies and procedures, HRIS technologies, orientation, performance management, and benefits administration, Diana has developed a strong professional background. Prior to Paychex, Diana served as Office/Human Resource Manager at Fidessa LatentZero, where responsibilities included benefits negotiation and developing employee onboarding programs. Additional roles include Executive Assistant at Ensemble Discovery and Office Manager at Gomez, Inc. and Nth Degree. Diana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Wheelock College, along with completion of the SHRM Learning System® for PHR® / SPHR® Certification Preparation course.
