Currently serving as a Data Science Manager and AI Evangelist at Paychex, Erika focuses on delivering sustainable solutions that enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Erika was the Senior Global Director of Analytics at The Dow Chemical Company, where they spearheaded the company's AI strategy and implemented significant data improvements.
