Ian Gray

Ian Gray is an accomplished learning and instructional design professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Learning Architect and previously as a Sr. Learning Designer at Paychex, Ian has led process improvements, developed training programs, and enhanced reporting capabilities. Prior roles include Product Marketing Specialist at cPanel, where go-to-market strategies were developed, and Manager of Instructional Design at Newfold Digital, where team leadership and training program development focused on business performance. Ian's diverse background encompasses multiple instructional design roles across several organizations, including ABS, Williams, Oceaneering, Amedisys, and Baker Hughes, where projects spanned curriculum development, training management, and cross-departmental collaboration. Ian holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston and multiple degrees in Political Science from The University of Alabama.
