Jake Parente

Jake Parente is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the payroll and human capital management sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Paychex, Jake leads and develops new sales consultants in the Midwest Region while also driving revenue growth in the East Region. Previously, at ADP, Jake excelled as Regional Sales Manager for a team focused on small business solutions, achieving significant sales milestones and earning recognition such as the 100% Club and Sales Associate of the Month. In earlier roles, Jake demonstrated management skills as a CPA Centric District Manager and Associate District Manager, securing multiple awards for performance. Jake also co-owned 327 Property Maintenance and managed gym operations at Dynamic Fitness, showcasing a diverse background in leadership and customer relations. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
