Jeff Justus

Jeff Justus is an engaged leader focused on employee development and process improvements. They began their career as a Loss Prevention Specialist at The Jones Store Company from 1986 to 1995, before transitioning to Paychex in various roles, including Accountant Relationship Manager and Supervisor for PEO Systems & Project Analysts since 2023. Over the years, Jeff has managed teams and improved processes in different capacities, notably as Quality Processing Supervisor and Technical Support Specialist. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Park University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
