Johan Spoor

Johan Spoor, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in SEC reporting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior SEC Accountant at Paychex since February 2022, Johan has previously held positions such as AVP, SEC Reporting Analyst, and SEC Reporting Analyst at Five Star Bank from November 2019 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Johan served as a Financial Reporting Analyst at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. and began as a Staff Accountant at EFPR Group LLP. Johan holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Planning and Services from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
