Jon Daiello

Jon Daiello is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as Senior Manager of User Experience at Paychex since September 2021, where contributions include developing a UX skill matrix framework and leading experience strategies. Prior experience includes roles as UX Design Manager and Team Lead at Covenant Eyes, where Jon focused on enhancing the customer journey and internal design systems. Jon founded Johnny Rocket Creative, a web design firm, and has held various roles in design and development, including positions at London Computer Systems and IDEOPIA. Additionally, Jon has shared expertise as an adjunct professor in web design at Cedarville University. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Cedarville University.
