Joni Carpenter

Joni Carpenter, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently a Client HR Business Partner at Paychex, where they have held various roles since 2007, including Senior HR Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. With a background in outside sales within the Core Payroll Sales division, they have developed a comprehensive understanding of human resources. Joni is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics at North Dakota State University.
