Katie Conner

Katie Conner, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Consultant at Paychex since October 2012, where previous roles included Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist. Prior to Paychex, Katie worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Jones Lang LaSalle from December 2010 to March 2012, supporting a call center for 14,000 employees and managing various HR functions. Additionally, Katie was the HR Benefits Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant at East Bank Club from June 2005 to December 2010 and gained initial experience as an intern at the Institute for Positive Mental Health from 2004 to 2005. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from DePaul University and pursued further education at Argosy University Chicago from 2006 to 2007.
