Loren Heaps

Loren Heaps has a solid background in health and claims management, currently serving as a Human Capital Management Sales Consultant at Paychex since February 2021. Previously, Loren worked as a Casualty Claims Analyst at Allstate from May 2016 to February 2021, where responsibilities included evaluating claims, reviewing medical records, and negotiating settlement amounts. Before that, Loren was a Surgical Coordinator at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore from January 2014 to April 2016, acting as a liaison between patients and physicians to facilitate surgical procedures. Loren holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a Minor in Biology from James Madison University, obtained in 2012, and graduated from North Harford High School in 2008.
