Mack Kim

Mack Kim is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Paychex since October 2019, and previously held the position of Associate Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Paychex, Mack was the Managing Shareholder and Attorney at The Law Office of Elina Basham, LLC from July 2014 to November 2019, focusing on employment cases, real estate transactions, litigation, and business disputes. Mack's earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Akerman LLP, concentrating on civil litigation, labor and employment, and insurance fraud, as well as at Lydecker Diaz, where the focus was on commercial litigation. Mack began a legal career as a Legal Extern at the Office of the Public Defender and has also held internships involving real estate and commercial law matters. Educated at the University of Florida with a J.D., and the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Mack is admitted to practice in all State of Florida Courts.
