Marge OConnor

Marge OConnor has extensive experience in management and training within non-profit and corporate environments. Serving as General Manager for EAPE at Eastern University from August 1992 to July 1996, Marge oversaw programs that supported youth in Camden, NJ, and Philadelphia, PA, as well as literacy initiatives in Haiti. Prior experience includes five years as Business Manager at Bethesda Project, where responsibilities involved managing housing and support services for the homeless, and five years as Field Director at Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, where Marge expanded the organization’s outreach and secured funding for underserved communities. Since May 2013, Marge has been a Client Trainer at Paychex, conducting training sessions on payroll, HR, and software applications. Marge holds a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University, earned between 1993 and 1995.
