Mathew Walczyk has extensive experience in software development and management, beginning as a Software Engineer at Smith Corona from 1987 to 1993, followed by positions as a Software Developer at General Railway Signal (1993-1996) and Detection Systems (1996-2000). Mathew then transitioned to Xerox, where the role of Manager of Solutions Engineering and Integration was held until 2013. As Director of Innovation Projects at Conduent from May 2013 to July 2017, significant leadership was demonstrated. Since September 2017, Mathew has been serving as Software Development Manager at Paychex. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, completed in 1987, and is an alumnus of Bishop Ludden High School.
