Michael Pelletier

Michael Pelletier, SHRM-HCMA, has extensive experience in sales and management within the human resources and benefits sectors. From June 2018 to June 2021, Michael served as District Sales Manager at Oasis, leading a team of Professional Employer Consultants to assist businesses in becoming employers of choice while minimizing HR liabilities and costs. Prior to that role, Michael worked at Paychex in various capacities including National Sales Representative and Senior Retirement Sales Representative, achieving numerous accolades such as HRS National Sales Rep of the Year and contributing to the establishment of 401(k) and Section 125 plans. Michael earned a B.S. degree in Education from the State University of New York College at Cortland, graduating in 2003.
