Ryan Francis

Ryan Francis is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as a Small Business Consultant at Paychex since March 2017, Ryan focuses on promoting Payroll and HR services to businesses. Prior to this role, Ryan was an Account Executive at Crystal Rock from April 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included implementing sales strategies and training new staff, while consistently meeting sales goals. Earlier experience includes positions as a Billing Specialist/Dispatcher at C&M FORWARDING and Quality Control Project Manager at TLF Graphics. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Studies from St. John Fisher University, completed in 2011.
