Susan Borrelli

Susan Borrelli has extensive experience in requirements analysis and operations management spanning several decades. Beginning at Lincoln First Bank NA from 1979 to 1983 in various clerical and supervisory roles, Borrelli then transitioned to Chase Bank, serving as Operations Officer and Supervisor for ATM Operations from 1983 to 1986. Borrelli continued to advance in the field, holding the position of AVP & Senior Business Analyst/Team Leader at JPMorgan Chase from 1986 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing critical merger-related projects and providing production support. Following this, Borrelli worked as a Consultant at Modis in 2012 and has been a Requirements Analyst II at Paychex since February 2013, specializing in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, Borrelli worked as a Requirements Analyst at Element K from 2007 to 2012, focusing on transforming business requirements into product specifications for training delivery websites.
