Ted Jordan

VP, Service at Paychex

Ted Jordan is currently the Vice President of Service at Paychex. Prior to their current position, Ted held various leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance, Prudential, and The Hartford.

Ted began their career at The Hartford in 1996 as a Manager of Human Resources. In 1998, they were promoted to Director of Sales and Customer Service. Ted remained in this role until 2003 when they left The Hartford to join Prudential as their Vice President of Operations.

Ted was with Prudential for six years before moving to Nationwide Insurance in 2010. At Nationwide, Ted served as the Vice President of PL Service Operations & Billing and was responsible for the Office of Customer Billing for P&C product lines and back-office processing support for PL Servicing. Ted provided strategic leadership and direction for multi-channel customer service delivered to Nationwide’s members and agents. Ted remained in this role until 2016 when they joined Paychex as their Vice President of Service.

Ted Jordan has a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Temple University.

Ted Jordan reports to Mark Bottini, SVP, Sales. They work with Michael Majors - VP, HR Services Sales, Michael Jeffrey - Vice President, Major Market Services Sales.
