Todd Laney

Todd Laney currently holds the position of Manager of PEO Systems and Project Analysts at Paychex, a role commenced in May 2012 in St. Petersburg, FL. Prior to this, Todd served as a Systems Development Manager, overseeing complex application projects in the payroll industry. Todd's career began at The Gleason Works, later transitioning to Xerox, where responsibilities included serving as UI Development Manager and contributing significantly as a Java Software Engineer. An early adopter of Agile methodologies, Todd leveraged Scrum processes to enhance productivity and profitability through innovative software solutions. Todd completed education at MCC between 1998 and 2000.
