Tracy Burns

Tracy Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management at Paychex since November 2012. In the role of Strategic Account Manager, Tracy successfully established a new division focusing on HR, compliance, and benefits for strategic accounts across the United States. Previously, as District Sales Manager, Tracy led a team of eight across five states, managing a quota exceeding 1.3 million dollars. Additionally, in the HR Solutions and PEO Sales Representative role, Tracy provided comprehensive HR analyses and sold an array of HR services. Prior to Paychex, Tracy worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Cintas First Aid and Safety, specializing in B2B sales of first aid and safety products. Tracy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Registered Nursing from Huron School of Nursing.
