Trisha Sarno

Trisha Sarno is an authentic leader with extensive experience in HR, learning and development, product strategy, and service operations. They began their career as an intern with the Rochester Red Wings and later served as an Assistant Junior Varsity Softball Coach at Allendale Columbia School. Trisha advanced through various roles at Paychex, ultimately becoming a Training Program Manager, before pursuing their current position as an Executive Sales Consultant for Rodan and Fields. They earned a Master's of Science in Business Administration and Management from Nazareth University, enhancing their expertise in driving organizational success.
