Tyler W.

Tyler W. currently serves as the UX Lead for Design Systems at Paychex since March 2022, focusing on the Design System for the Paychex Flex product and overseeing the development of a new UI using tools like Figma, Zeplin, and Storybook. Prior to this role, Tyler held a similar position at Mindex for a brief period in 2022. From September 2015 to August 2021, Tyler was a Senior UI/UX Designer at Newfold Digital, contributing to projects for well-known brands including HostGator. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Designer at Resource, where Tyler assisted notable clients such as Procter & Gamble, and as a Web and Graphic Designer at boldUnderline. Tyler's career began at the American University in Kosovo as a Coordinator of the Media Center during an internship. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2013.
