Aj Lapitino

AJ Lapitino is an accomplished sales professional with experience as an Executive Sales Representative and Outside Sales Representative at Paycom since January 2021. Prior to this role, AJ worked in Institutional Equity Sales at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from July 2017 to December 2020. A graduate of the University of Richmond, AJ earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing and Finance, while also serving as a Division I Midfielder and Captain for the university's men's lacrosse team from August 2013 to June 2017, earning recognition on the Southern Conference Honor Roll for three consecutive years. Education was preceded by attendance at Ward Melville High School from 2010 to 2013.
