Alexandra Rients

Alexandra Rients, SHRM-CP, M.S., is an experienced leader in the field of Human Resources and Client Solutions, currently serving as the Manager of Client Solutions at Paycom. From 2013 to 2014, Rients completed an internship in Organizational Development at Ruth's House, Inc., and held various roles in HR at the City of Springfield, Missouri, and 3M. Rients obtained a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology-Spanish from Southwest Minnesota State University. They also have certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Organizational Development.
