Amanda Gilliland has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as a Release Management Project Manager and Enhanced Background Checks Team Leader at Paycom since October 2017. In these roles, Amanda supervises a team of Quality Assurance Specialists, cultivates a productive culture, and enhances departmental processes to improve efficiency.
