Amanda Gilliland

Amanda Gilliland has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as a Release Management Project Manager and Enhanced Background Checks Team Leader at Paycom since October 2017. In these roles, Amanda supervises a team of Quality Assurance Specialists, cultivates a productive culture, and enhances departmental processes to improve efficiency. Previous roles include Enhanced Background Checks Credentialing Specialist and Benefits EDI Coordinator, where Amanda demonstrated strong project management skills and consistently met performance metrics. Prior to Paycom, Amanda worked in accounts payable and community development at Lady Americana and Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma, and began a career in accounting at Phoenix Design and Manufacturing. Amanda holds educational credentials from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City and Putnam City Original High School.
