Amanda Gladfelter

Amanda Gladfelter is an experienced software development professional with a strong background in leadership and project management. At Paycom since May 2016, Amanda has served as Supervisor of Software Development and Development Team Lead, overseeing development teams and working on critical projects related to tax reporting forms. Prior to Paycom, Amanda held roles such as Product Manager at a la mode, inc., where responsibilities included serving as Scrum Master, and Computer Specialist at the FAA, leading a team of developers for flight procedure applications. Amanda's earlier experience includes positions in web development and software contracting. Amanda holds an M.S. in Software Engineering & Algorithm Design and a B.A. in French with a minor in Philosophy from Oklahoma City University.
