Benjamin Key

Benjamin Key currently serves as a Campus Ambassador and Software Development Intern at Paycom since May 2023. At the University of Houston, Benjamin has held multiple leadership roles, including Community Mentor, Resident Advisor, and Desk Assistant since September 2021. As Director at CodeRED Odyssey from June 2022 to February 2024, Benjamin coordinated a team to organize an annual hackathon and spearheaded a mobile/web app development project. Additionally, as Corporate Relations Officer, Benjamin cultivated partnerships with corporations for sponsorship opportunities. Within CougarCS, Benjamin has functioned as Vice President of CodeRED and led the Web Development Committee, overseeing project tasks and providing technical assistance to team members. As Director of Workshops, Benjamin coordinated technical workshops to enhance community learning. Benjamin is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Houston, expected to graduate in 2025.
