Charan K

Charan K is a results-oriented Engineering Leader currently serving as Development Team Lead at Paycom since March 2018, overseeing a team of 12 software engineers and driving the development of scalable PHP web applications. Notable achievements include creating a top-ranking compensation tool, successfully integrating AI LLM models to enhance traffic and performance, and implementing Test-Driven Development to reduce errors significantly.
