Chelsey Bench, MSOD, is a Software Operations Leader who specializes in developing people and systems to enhance performance and bring clarity to chaotic environments. They began their career as a Special Events Coordinator at the Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation and went on to serve as a Fundraising Coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Between 2012 and 2017, they excelled as a Business Development Leader at Thrivent Financial. Chelsey has held multiple roles at Paycom, including Manager of Product Research and Director of Product Operations, from 2021 to the present. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business at Oklahoma City University and a Master of Science in Organizational Development at Edgewood College.
