Corina Needles

Corina Needles (Rolko) has over seven years of experience in project management and client relations, currently serving as a Transition Specialist at Paycom since October 2018. In this role, Corina focuses on digitally transforming the workplace through self-service technology, leading successful transitions and onboarding, and training clients on Paycom products. Prior to Paycom, Corina worked at thunder::tech in various roles including Account Manager, Account Coordinator, and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, setting expectations, coordinating multiple projects, and handling proposals and contracts. Corina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Ohio University, attained in 2016.
