Danielle Barnes, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human services. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Paycom since February 2022, Danielle manages full lifecycle recruiting operations for IT and Development roles, collaborating with hiring managers to implement effective recruitment strategies and enhance diversity in software engineering and cybersecurity positions.
