David Umbarger

David Umbarger has extensive experience in information systems and management, currently serving as IT Systems Analyst IV at Paycom since February 2018, following a progression to IT Systems Analyst III. Prior to this role, David held an adjunct instructor position at the University of Central Oklahoma from August 2014 to June 2021, teaching in the College of Business Information Systems and Operations Management Department. David's background includes working as a systems analyst at Gemini Industries, Inc. from May 2012 to February 2018, and various roles at Great Plains Correctional Facility between August 2002 and September 2011, including Case Manager and Program Manager. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Systems Management and Administration, both from the University of Central Oklahoma.
