Dayna Powell

Dayna Powell has extensive experience in client advocacy and team performance enhancement, currently serving as a Product Configuration Partner and formerly as a Service Supervisor at Paycom since July 2016. In these roles, Dayna has focused on improving team capabilities, coaching, and achieving high service standards. Previously, Dayna held positions including Team Leader and Senior Specialist at Paycom, where responsibilities included relationship management and team initiative leadership. Prior experience includes sales coordination roles at One Hospitality Group and Raymond Management Company, where focus was on revenue generation and guest service excellence. Dayna began a career foundation as a Tele-Councilor and Sales Representative while completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from Oklahoma State University.
