Derek Spivey has over a decade of experience in client setup and community engagement, currently serving as the New Client Setup Supervisor at Paycom since June 2013, after having progressed through roles such as New Client Setup Team Lead and New Client Ultra-Care Setup Specialist. Prior to Paycom, Derek worked as a Community Ambassador at The Grove - Campus Crest Communities for a brief period in early 2013 and completed an internship at LifeChurch.tv Stillwater focused on College & LifeGroups in mid-2012. Derek holds a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University, earned in 2013, and completed high school at Owasso High School in 2009.
