Eric Cordova

Eric Cordova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and retail management. Currently serving as a Transition Specialist Representative at Paycom since November 2021, Eric previously worked as an Assistant Principal at KIPP Texas Public Schools for a short tenure in 2021 and held various roles, including Assistant Principal, Academic Counselor, and Algebra Teacher at IDEA Public Schools from 2015 to 2021. Prior to this, Eric was an Executive Team Leader for Assets Protection at Target, where responsibilities included managing store operations, leading the Assets Protection department, and liaising with local law enforcement. Eric began the professional journey as an Accounting Intern at the University of Texas at Brownsville, focusing on financial reporting and account reconciliations. Eric holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
