Eric Weiss

Eric Weiss has extensive experience in operations analytics and reporting, currently serving as Team Leader of Operations Analytics & Reporting at Paycom since June 2018. Weiss has held multiple leadership roles within Paycom, including HCM Team Lead positions focusing on Reporting & Data Analytics, Background Checks, and Work Opportunity Tax Credits, as well as serving as a Tax Credit Sales Liaison. Prior to Paycom, Weiss worked as a Custom Clothier for Tom James Company, delivering exceptional service and tailored clothing solutions. Additional experience includes a role as Communications Director for the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce and Sales Support at Fastenal Company. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from East Central University.
