James Fitzpatrick is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with certifications including CISSP, CCSP, and CISM. They began their career at Irish Continental Group PLC in 2005 as IT Support Desk before advancing to ESB as a Cybersecurity Analyst from 2006 to 2013. After serving as a Manager in Risk Consulting at KPMG Ireland from 2013 to 2017, they held senior managerial roles focused on cybersecurity operational risk at Bank of Ireland from 2020 to 2025. Currently, James is the Head of IT at Paycom Europe, where they continue to leverage their extensive expertise in cybersecurity and operational risk management. James holds a BSc in Software Systems from the National College of Ireland, completed in 2006.
