Katherine D. is a Regional Learning Executive at Paycom and holds an MBA, with a strong foundation in marketing and fashion design from Washington University in St. Louis. Previously, Katherine founded Koats4Kids, where over three years, they successfully provided winter clothing and essentials to K-12 students in need. Their experience also includes roles at Anheuser-Busch, The Collective Thread, and Athleta, where they honed their skills in product design and community engagement. Currently pursuing studies in Fashion and Design Management at Università Bocconi, Katherine is passionate about inclusivity and empowering young women through fashion.
