Katie Jones has a diverse background in health and education, currently serving as a TSR at Paycom since November 2025. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Watershed Health from April 2017 to November 2025, ranging from Implementation Specialist to Director of Client Success, and health coaching positions. Katie has also contributed to Southeastern Louisiana University as an Adjunct Instructor for Healthy Lifestyles in 2022-2023 and has worked as a Research Assistant in the kinesiology and health studies department. Earlier experience includes an internship at North Oak Medical Center focused on health coaching and team collaboration. Katie holds a Master of Science in Health Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion from Southeastern Louisiana University.
