Kelsey Patterson

Kelsey Patterson is an accomplished professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and real estate. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter II - Tech at Paycom since July 2022, Kelsey has achieved significant recognition, including being named a March Madness Champion and receiving the Q3 & Q4 Ultimate Team Player Award in 2023. Additionally, Kelsey co-created a job shadow process and became a CADRE member in 2024, contributing to the enhancement of the applicant tracking system. Since October 2018, Kelsey has also excelled as a Real Estate Agent at EXIT Realty Premier, completing the largest transaction in brokerage history in 2023. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
