Kenzee Piper

Kenzee Piper is an experienced professional in project management and training, currently serving as an Executive Transition Specialist Representative at Paycom since January 2018. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing project plans, collecting client data, coordinating client documentation, and promoting HCM products through training sessions. Prior to Paycom, Kenzee held positions at Pinnacle Advanced Reliability Technologies as a Learning and Development Associate and at Noble Drilling as a Learning and Development Training Coordinator, where coordination of training activities and support for learning initiatives were key responsibilities. Earlier experience at Texas Pipe Works as a Human Resources Generalist & Safety Analyst involved policy development, recruitment, and managing benefit programs. Kenzee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in University Studies of Leadership, Human Resources, and Communication from Texas A&M University.
