Kristin N. Birchell

Kristin N. Birchell serves as Managing Counsel of Product Compliance at Paycom, where they closely collaborate with product and development teams. They previously held various legal positions, including Senior Attorney in Product Compliance and Corporate Counsel at Paycom, as well as an Attorney at Derryberry & Naifeh, LLP. Kristin began their legal career with internships at the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, following a background in business education, culminating in a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
