Kurt Barnhart

Kurt Barnhart has extensive experience in property management and customer service, holding various positions from Leasing Consultant to Association Portfolio Manager, managing operations for over 3,700 condominium units. Key responsibilities included overseeing financial accounts, coordinating vendor activity, and maintaining strong relationships with residents and Board of Directors. In addition, Kurt has held roles in the retail sector, including customer service at Toys R Us and Quaker Steak & Lube, and has demonstrated strong organizational skills as a file clerk in a law office. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology, Kurt also excelled as a Division I student-athlete, showcasing strong leadership as team captain during the 2011 and 2012 seasons.
