Lalitha Ch is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Paycom since April 2023, Lalitha previously held a Senior Engineer position at Qualcomm where significant contributions included designing a Python CLI and developing CI/CD pipelines, effectively improving productivity and reducing failure rates.
