Lance Gable is currently the Team Leader of Software Development at Paycom, a role they assumed in 2025. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Developer and Software Developer at Paycom, and held the position of Chief Technical Officer at Bibli from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Lance gained valuable experience as a Software Development Intern at Tyler Technologies in 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University in 2020 and briefly studied Computer Science at Maynooth University in 2018.
