Lexi Chesbro

Lexi Chesbro, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Account Executive at Paycom since September 2025. Prior to this role, Lexi worked in human resources at Red Crown Credit Union from January 2021 to August 2025 and as a Benefits Specialist and Human Resource Representative at Union Public Schools between May 2017 and January 2021. Lexi began professional experience as an Office Assistant at Northeastern State University from October 2013 to November 2016 and briefly worked as a Sales Intern at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in mid-2016. Lexi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northeastern State University, completed in 2017, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance at the same institution.
