Lyndi Mick

Lyndi Mick is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in service management, payroll, and administrative roles. Since joining Paycom in March 2019, Lyndi has progressed from Team Leader of Service to Paycom Service Manager, overseeing a substantial team and training new personnel. Prior experience includes serving as a Payroll Specialist at Paycom and a Clinic Administrator at Massage Envy Spa, where Lyndi managed day-to-day operations and trained over 10 employees. Earlier roles included Event Promoter at Romano's Bakery and Cashier/Key Holder at IKEA Group, reflecting a strong ability to work independently and effectively train others. Lyndi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
