Mark Jantosik

Mark Jantosik, MSHR, SHRM-CP, serves as an Executive Transition Specialist Representative at Paycom. They previously held various roles at North Carolina Outward Bound School, including Staffing Manager and Lead Instructor, where they managed employee relations and trained staff. Mark has also worked as a Senior Transition Project Manager at Paycom and as Flight Operations Director for National Drone Photography Services, managing extensive teams and overseeing HR functions. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University.
