Matthew Garcia

Matthew Garcia currently serves as a Senior Validation Benefit Coordinator at Paycom since July 2021, having previously held the role of Benefits Coordinator at the same company. Prior to Paycom, Matthew worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Chemoil Corporation from June 2018 to July 2021 and as a Communications Specialist at J&S Communications from April 2015 to July 2021. Matthew holds an Associate of Arts degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Phillips College, Riverside, CA, completed between 1991 and 1993, and a high school diploma in General Studies from Bishop Amat Memorial High School, obtained from 1985 to 1989.
