Matthew Podrebarac is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in recruiting and account management. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Paycom since May 2024, Matthew previously excelled as a Sales Recruiter and Team Lead at Pursuit Sales Solutions from January 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included recruiting sales representatives to C-Suite executives and managing team performance against key performance indicators. Matthew's career began with roles at the National League of Junior Cotillions and continued through positions at Goosehead Insurance Agency, The People Business DFW, Young Life, Covenant Presbyterian Church, BlackFinn Ameripub, and Chick-fil-A.
