Megan Viator

Megan Viator possesses a diverse background in sales learning, client relations, and childcare, with a strong emphasis on developing performance and enhancing client interactions. Since joining Paycom in October 2017, Megan has advanced through roles including Manager of Sales Learning and Performance, Regional Manager of Client Relations, and Client Relations Representative. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager and Sales Recruiter at Insight Global, as well as roles with Public Alliance in marketing and intern capacities. In childcare, Megan worked as a Private Child Caregiver, creating enriching environments for children's development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Texas Lutheran University, where Megan also excelled as a Resident Assistant.
